TFA

What is TFA? TFA is Training for Awesomeness. TFA is the cure for quarter-life crisis. What happens when you realize that you are actually in what is called "The Rest of Your Life" and you're life is not going as you expected or wanted. You want things to change but you don't know what and you don't know how. What you need to do is to start training, Training for Awesomeness.

TFA starts by putting together a list of goals. The goals should range from small to medium to large. Small could be something like clean your desk , medium could be something like fixing a leaky faucet or brewing beer. Large can be something like finding a new job, buying a kitten or moving to NJ. Each goal should be something that you can cross out. Among your goals should be overcoming things that have been putting you down in your life like unfinished projects or unresolved problems. TFA is a road map that you draw for a happier better life.

You may not know what you want out of life but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do TFA, the TFA goals may not get you where you exactly want to be but TFA demonstrates that you do have control over your life and it gives you the confidence to achieve life changes. Each day you spend just one hour working on a TFA goal and on days off, such as weekends, you spend two hours instead of one.

One of the most important parts of TFA is having someone else, a friend, also do TFA at the same time to encourage you and call out lame excuses.

Is TFA right for you? Well, I guess it depends if you are happy with your life and the path you're on.
